2,000 Miles for Suicide Prevention

My story continues.

I want others to know theirs can, too.

I live with mental illness. My family has felt its impact, and Iโ€™ve felt the pain of suicide. I also know what access to treatment, medication, and support can make possibleโ€”because Iโ€™m living it.

Now Iโ€™m swimming, biking, and running 2,000 miles to raise funds for NAMI and keep the conversation about mental health moving.

My goal: 2,000 miles. $10,000 for NAMI. More people knowing theyโ€™re not alone.

Join me, one mile at a time.

Per-Mile Pledge

Every mile has a story.

This isnโ€™t just a 2,000-mile goal. Itโ€™s 2,000 miles with a purpose.

Every swim, ride, and run I complete on the road to IRONMAN 70.3 Cozumel will count toward the total. Iโ€™ll track the miles here so you can follow the journey from the first training sessions all the way to the finish line.

Some miles will be fast. Some will be ugly. Every one of them counts.

Follow along, watch the number grow, and help me turn 2,000 miles into conversations about mental health and suicide prevention.

My story continues. So do the miles.
